System and Network Security

Violations of Spiderlines or any third party's server, system or network security through the use of the Services are prohibited, and may result in criminal and/or civil liability. Spiderline may investigate incidents involving such violations and will involve and will co-operate with law enforcement agencies if a criminal violation is suspected.

Examples of system or network security violations include, without limitation, the following:

Using manual or electronic means to avoid any use limitations placed on the Services such as timing out.

If approached with complaints relating to any of the above violations, Spiderline will cooperate and assist the police and law enforcement bodies with their investigations in order to bring such misuse and violations to an end.

System Performance

Spiderline may prohibit the running of any such application which, in its sole judgement, endangers the stability or performance of the Spiderline network.

Use of IP multicast other than by means provided and coordinated by Spiderline is likewise prohibited.
