First check your account to see if you are either out of crawls or your account is expired.
If your account is active , with crawls available. Does the crawl status say "crawl in progress", and it taking too long? If yes, please contact support to have the crawl unlocked.
Explanation:
If there was an error from your site durring the crawl, your account could have the crawler locked. This lock is to avoid the crawler being in a loop reading your site indefinitely, this is a safety measure for all clients accounts. One website with an error is not the problem, but if we had many, the crawler could negatively affected. Your site will still be searchable, the former crawl will be the database for your readers searches.
